First considerations: we are very good in the DOL to cuddle and give all the necessary information to our students. Here when I started training I received a mail saying "courses have started." No one explained the plan of studies, there are very driven, rather we have just left to ourselves. And the registration, due to problems with the computerized procedure was an ordeal in the end I phoned saying "please, I want to register, here are my taxes, vogliatemiiiii. We say that this has not done much to give us a sense of presence and interest in us.
