Synopsis: Harry (Jack Nicholson) is a man in his sixties who jumps from one adventure to another, always choosing women under the age of 30. The last prey is called Marin. The two decide to spend a weekend with her conviction of being alone but suddenly goes inside the girl's mother surprised man in desabillet. The woman, Erica, is a playwright in his fifties, disenchanted, cold and detached to the world in his white turtleneck sweaters and monotonous collecting white pebbles. Harry has a heart attack and is hospitalized, forced by the then young doctor Julian (in love with Erica) to stay home with Erica until complete healing. The two first clash and then fall in love. Comment: This film is lovely, a gentle romantic comedy and lots of meanings, sometimes expressed only by a phrase or a glance. Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson are two perfect love and the birth of their love is something that captures the soul as few films are capable of doing. There is emotion and there are smiles all skilfully blended by a good director and the talent of two true superstars. Keaton is pleasantly neurotic ma allo stesso tempo dolce e credibilissima nella parte della donna che pur essendo stata sposata per 20 anni capisce di essersi innamorata veramente solo alla soglia dei 60. Jack Nicholson che non avevo mai apprezzato nelle vesti di attore leggero, รจ fantastico e tenero. Un testardo che pur di non arrendersi al passare degli anni finisce per collezionare storie con ragazze poco impegnative e vuote. Un film consigliatissimo a tutti coloro che cercano due ore di grande coinvolgimento emotivo.
