I read in Wired in February an article by Chris Anderson that struck me. The concept of innovation has accelerated crowd in my opinion an incredible impact. Creativity in the first place.
In fact, if it is true that creativity is not a solipsistic act, but the result of a process situated and mediated by a community, what could be better than a community that is worldwide?

Ultimately there are three key factors according to Anderson:
- The community: a group of people who share an interest. We are the innovators, but there must be other roles: the trend-spotter, the evangelist, the superdiffusore, the skeptic, the mere participant
- light: the work and contribution of all members of the community must be visible, according to Anderson and the spread of online video is contributing to highlight the incredible innovations.
- Spring of desire: the prospect of recognition is a powerful motivational spring in the community. Last year at a conference I heard "Motivation is not enough". Today I do not know if I agree so much more ...
